Carlos is complicated.His recordings the early ones w/ cuadro , dancers and singers are right on.
The solo records were later and very sucessful.He developed Parkinson's later in life which caused alot of problems.He would detune the guitars a step or two.He was a giant hit w/ the public w/ his florid ligados etc.
His Uncle Ramon was the genius.
i found when i began to accompany dancers his recordings were a big help.
