Regarding logging in to your old account:
Because the programming is completely different from the last site, your old password may have to be submitted again. In the My Account page, please enter the email address we have on record and click "remind me", and we will send you a temporary password. Once you're logged in, you may change your password as you please.
You can login at the My Account page to change your password, username, and settings. You may use this account to make future online purchases easier.

Regarding browser compatibility:
Although we've designed our new site to be fully compatible with the latest versions of all popular internet browsers, for both Macintosh and PC platforms, some of our users with older versions or operating systems have experienced difficulty in accessing all of our features and/or our online store.
